Our family home is listed in a beautiful and very quiet neighborhood with AMAZING mountain views. Sit on the deck and be sure to keep an eye out for the beautiful dear that frequent the neighborhood and property.
Enjoy plenty of parking in the paved driveway or along the street. Bring your bikes for a beautiful ride into the heart of Kernville, or the many trails in the surrounding areas. All the roadways are paved and can be accessed with ease. Please be sure not to block the neighbor’s driveway during your stay.

great spot! we stayed here to raft the Kern River and would definitely recommend the Kern River Outfitters. the place was massive and we didn’t even utilize the whole space. awesome space! also the cancellation policy is very strict and we had almost lost half the refund because of a 2-hour late cancellation and they wouldn’t offer a full refund 2 hours after the refund window closed. but after confirming the plans, it all worked out. otherwise, amazing spot and everyone loved it.

Lovely cabin. Think maid missed some cleaning. Basement was cold but we came at an unseasonably cold time! But was very pleased with owners response. We had an exceptional time and We would definitely stay again! Blessings

We stayed in this amazingly gorgeous home to prepare for our daughter’s wedding and it was the perfect staging area for her pre ceremony photos! Absolutely beautiful and such a privilege to stay in such a beautiful home!
